$ uv tool install kraft-sdlc && kraft

A local orchestrator that takes your coding agent from spec to pull request.

It stops only when a decision is yours. Kraft isn't another coding agent. It runs the one you already use, and adds what a single session can't: a process the agent can't skip, checks it doesn't grade itself on, and a person at the decisions that matter. Hand it a spec and walk away; retries and spend are capped.
specifyplanimplementverifydraft PRreview[you approve]merge
The default chain, simplified: some nodes and approval gates are left out.

The board

Work items grouped by what needs you, what is running, and what is done, redrawn live as agents work.

A gate stops the chain where a person decides

Read what the agent wrote, then approve, or reject with a note that re-runs the node that wrote it.

Search, ⌘K

Full-text search, with optional vector search, across work items, pending actions, and linked documents.

Analytics

See where lead time and cost go, by node and by repo, over the last 8 weeks (on a phone, the last 7, 30 or 90 days).

On your phone

The same board at the same address, laid out for a phone. Approve or reject a gate from the card itself, and answer a question or retry a stopped item from its page.

Start here

Kraft runs on macOS and Linux. It needs git and Claude Code, and the default chain also needs a GitHub or GitLab remote. Install lists the rest. Before you run it on real code, read Security and Data and privacy.

Install
Install Kraft, start the server, and register it with Claude Code.
Your first work item
Connect a repo, run a work item end to end, and approve its gates.
Why Kraft
What it does that a session, a loop or a skill does not, and when not to use it.
Troubleshooting
Why an item stopped, and what to do about it.
Concepts
How a work item runs, caps and budgets, the permission gate, and the vocabulary.
Guides
Use Kraft from your agent, run Kraft Lite, reach the board from a phone, add a harness.
Reference
The CLI, every configuration file, chain nodes, permissions, harnesses, and triggers.
